NEI Services provides business formation assistance, intellectual property filing assistance, website development, technology deployment, branding, and consulting services. All services are subject to a signed agreement between NEI and the client.
NEI Services is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Our IP filing services constitute filing assistance only. We prepare documents and assist with the filing process, but we do not provide legal opinions or represent clients before the USPTO or any court. Clients should consult a licensed attorney for legal advice.
All prices listed on our website are subject to our terms and conditions. Certain restrictions apply. SaaS product scope is limited to MVP-level applications as defined during the consultation phase. Complex, enterprise-scale, or multi-million dollar development projects require custom scoping and pricing. Government filing fees are included in listed prices unless otherwise noted. All services require a signed agreement before work begins.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, paying agreed-upon fees, and complying with all applicable laws. For equity partnerships, clients are responsible for ongoing business operations and third-party operating costs as outlined in the partnership agreement.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at our discretion. Clients may cancel services in accordance with their signed agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maryland.
